A discipleship track equipping Christians
for service in team ministries

A disciple is a follower and a student. Pipeline will create an environment that will enable students to be all that God has called them to be and to do all that God has called them to do. This will benefit those who are engaged in local church ministry, chaplaincy, business and any other sphere of influence.

Each student will be equipped with a knowledge of ​

  • The grand narrative of scripture.

  • Key theological themes throughout scripture.

  • The key moments in church history.

  • The importance of studying in a community.

  • The vision and history of Victory Outreach.

  • The Spiritual Disciplines

Choose from 3 discipleship tracks

There are three different pathways that you can choose from, each containing 8 courses over 24 months.

  • Minister Track – This is for ministers who have been put forward for the ordination track within VOI.

  • Mission Track – This is for those who want to develop specialisms as urban missionaries. This may be in particular areas within your community (prison ministry, life groups etc), or in supporting church plants in other cities

  • Team Ministry Track – This is for those who want to grow as team members within ministry, it is also open to those who are willing to be developed as leaders within their local church.

Each pipeline contains 8 courses:

  • Four core compulsory courses in Biblical Studies and Theology

  • Two courses unique to your chosen pathway

  • Two elective courses of your choice from the course list.​
